We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lena Tran. She went above and beyond and made the entire process worry free. She was able to secure a very good rate, and then was actually able to negotiate an even lower rate with the same lender. Rest assured that Lena is working for the client every step of the way, even when securing an appraisal, she was always trying to make sure that our needs came first and that we weren’t being overcharged. I will absolutely be contacting Lena for all of my future mortgage needs. She was extremely efficient, very professional and so pleasant to deal with. She listened carefully to our needs, was prompt to respond and always followed up either by phone or email with updates. I hope her employer realizes what an asset she is, I would definitely be recommending that she be in line for a raise!
