Robert Cullen was a breeze to work with. He managed expectations, was efficient and always responded in a timely manner. He provided answers to all of our questions and most of all a good rate on our mortgage . There was a bit of an issue getting the cash back "bonus" after the mortgage deal had been sealed but a couple of emails to Robert and he had it all sorted out for us. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again when my mortgage is up for renewal.
